Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics coordination. This role leads warehouse personnel, ensures adherence to safety standards, and supports operational objectives through effective processes and exceptional customer service.
Major Responsibilities
· Supervise, coach, and support warehouse associates.
· Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
· Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
· Work with our logistics coordinator to ensure all aspects of inbound and outbound orders flow properly.
· Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and routine audits.
· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
· Enforce company safety policies and procedures.
· Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance as required.
· Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications
· 5-7 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or inventory management experience.
· 2-5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
· Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
· Experience coordinating deliveries and transportation activities.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse setting.
Work Environment
· This will primarily be a warehouse environment.
Regular exposure to warehouse equipment, moving machinery, and varying temperatures.
· Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and material handling activities.
