We’re a rapidly growing candy & snack distribution company in Mississauga. We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, dedicated individual to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will have previous warehouse experience. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouseman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient handling of warehouse distribution tasks, heavy equipment operation, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes. Responsibilities
- · Picking, sorting, staging orders & verifying quantities are loaded with accuracy
- · Shipping and receiving; unloading full containers, unloading/loading trailers and checking for overages, damages, or shortages
- · Keeping accurate records of completed orders
- · Stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and managing product loss control
- · Hand bombing incoming containers up to 50 lbs
- · 5-10% of time spent on a reach truck

- · Perform all tasks accurately with minimal errors and supervision
- · Mathematical accuracy & strong attention to detail
- · Problem solving and decision-making skills
- · Punctual and excellent attendance
- · Excellent written and oral communication skills
- · Hard working/hands-on individual
- · Demonstrates accountability and takes initiative

Mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse enviroment
- Must have VALID FORKLIFT LICENSE - REACH-TRUCK
- Must have CSA SAFETY SHOES
