We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and safety-focused individuals to join our Truro operations as a Forklift Driver. In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our production floor running smoothly by moving materials efficiently and safely throughout the plant. This position works rotating 12‑hour shifts and may require schedule adjustments based on operational needs. What You’ll Do Transport raw materials to production machines across the plant
Remove and stage finished products from various machines
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Keep work areas organized and maintain a strong focus on safety
Complete basic paperwork and production-related documentation
Support other operational tasks as assigned What We’re Looking For Forklift licence and experience preferred (training provided as needed)
Ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
Strong reading and writing skills for production schedules and records
Basic math skills to manage quantities of materials and finished goods
Willingness to learn—expect approximately 1–3 months of on-the-job training covering equipment operation, material flow, and plant layout What We Offer Competitive starting wage: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)
