We're a local, family-run waste removal and demolition crew looking to hire from right here in the community. If you're a hard worker who doesn't mind getting dirty and likes helping neighbours out with their heavy lifting and cleanup jobs, we want to hear from you.
Position: Waste Management Specialist / Swamper
Pay: $26/hr, paid every Friday + 5% vacation pay
Schedule: We have opportunities available across:
- Full-Time
- Part time / Casual
- On-Call
What you'll be doing: Working alongside our crew hauling and clearing junk, debris, and construction waste — rain or shine. This is hands-on, physical work that makes a real difference for people and small businesses in our neighbourhood.
What we're looking for:
- Team player who shows up ready to work
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs
- Steel-toed boots required
- Clean driving record mandatory; driver's license preferred
- Experience in waste removal, trades, moving, or construction is a plus
- Background in sustainability/recycling is an asset
- Athletic or team sport background is a nice-to-have
