Work Location: In Person

Operations involve roofing, traffic coating, and waterproofing throughout the Calgary area.

- Coordinate and supervise the work of multiple waterproofing crews.
- Ensure all work is completed according to project plans, specifications, quality standards, and budgets.
- Build and maintain project binders, including POs, specifications, and related documents.
- Maintain good communication with the on-site General Contractor.
- Handle day-to-day activities on job sites.
- Perform weekly inspections of job sites for waterproofing scopes.
- Complete daily inspections.
- Attend pre-start and production meetings.
- Attend pre-start and final inspection walkthroughs with clients and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of building envelope detailing and general scope of work.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, construction estimating, schematics, and quality control.




- Preferably a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role; project management experience in construction is preferred.
- Experience in commercial construction.
- Strong computer skills and document formatting experience.
- Be physically fit to climb ladders on a daily basis and not be afraid of heights.
- Positive communication skills and excellent leadership abilities.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and effectively manage resources and personnel.
- Valid driver's license required.
