Responsibilities

- Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Apply primer, base coats, explicit coats, and touch-up paint using spray guns and hand tools with precision and attention to detail
- Inspect finished work for quality control, ensuring smooth finishes free of imperfections or runs
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and proper storage of paints and equipment




- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship

Qualifications

- Prior automotive repair experience is REQUIRED
- Use of BASF and RM Paint Systems is preferred
- Experience with automotive repair or bodywork is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude combined with attention to detail ensures quality results
- Flexibility to work weekends consistently in a fast-paced environment
