Duties

- Provide constructive feedback to players to support their growth and confidence
- Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games by adhering to safety protocols
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment




- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules, tournaments, and events
- Promote good sportsmanship and respectful conduct among players, officials, and spectators

Experience

- Prior experience in teaching or coaching volleyball is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for working with youth is essential
- Ability to communicate clearly and motivate athletes of diverse ages and skill levels
- Knowledge of volleyball techniques, rules, and strategies is advantageous
- Demonstrating versatility in athletic instruction
