The successful candidate will help develop, implement, and optimize robotic manufacturing processes and support the company’s automation strategy.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the implementation of recent robotic and automated processes.Prepare technical and cost proposals for robotic systems; select equipment,components, and external integrators when required.Create mechanical drawings for robotic cell accessories.Program robotic systems to enable new product families and production requirements.Maintain and optimize existing robotic processes to ensure optimal performance.Develop and update preventive maintenance plans for robotic equipment.Coordinate automation projects with internal teams and external partners.Contribute to the automation and robotics master plan; identify opportunities and recommend project prioritization.Provide technical training to production staff.Perform other related duties as required.Employment RequirementsCollege diploma or bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Automation, or a related field.More than 5 years of experience in robotics and industrial automation.Experience in robotic programming and project coordination.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.Ability to work in a manufacturing setting.Employment EquityAgence de Placement Trésor Inc. and its client are committed to employment equity.
