The role serves as the enterprise subject‑matter expert (SME) on the performance and optimization of building systems, spanning mechanical controls, energy metering, lighting controls, security, fire and life safety, and the broader technology stack that QuadReal has implemented to run our buildings. This role is accountable for leveraging the systems and technologies deployed across the portfolio to deliver measurable operational outcomes—reducing energy consumption, extending equipment life cycle, optimizing field‑labour deployment, and improving the experience of building occupants through well‑tuned environments.
