Company Policies and ProceduresUtilize the Company reporting system to report any hazard, incident or accidentEnter labor in the labor tracking system accurately for all tasks performedPerform work in accordance with all Transport Canada guidelinesOther duties as assignedNormal work schedule isOct 1 to April 1 is Monday to Friday dayshiftApril 1 to Oct 1 is 2 weeks away from base 2 weeks offThe schedule does vary slightly depending on operational requirementsThe ideal candidate bringsA valid M1 and/or M2 AME licenseExperience with CL-215/CL-415 aircraft is an assetExperience with Garrett Turbine powered aircraft is an assetDemonstrated experience working on WinAir or other similar maintenance programsGood organizational skillsGood English, written and spokenThe physical ability to sit or crouch for extended periodsThe physical ability to walk and/or stand for extended periodsThe physical dexterity to allow working in confined spacesThe ability and willingness to work shift work and able to travel for up to 4 weeks at a timeHave ability to work at heightsEligible for an Airport Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC), AVOP and ITAR ClearanceAbility obtain a Canadian passportHold a valid driver’s licenseBabcock is committed to promoting a workforce without boundaries.
