and provide guidance to staff.Supervise the Personal Support Workers/Unregulated team members assigned to the unit.Handle admission, readmission, and changes in status, and provide ongoing assessment to residents.Who you are:Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses.Experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, and/or senior health industry is an asset.Good judgement, risk identification skills, and the ability to foster a positive work workplace.Legally eligible to work in Canada or possess a valid work permit.What you need to know:Sienna Senior Living is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all team members and residents feel belonging.
