promoting collaboration across functions, balancing operational demands with development needs, and creating consistency across work quality and customer/stakeholder responsiveness.Apply Strong Technical Knowledge to Revenue Accounting, Controls and Accuracy: Use deep technical understanding of revenue operations and transactional accounting (premiums, fees, commissions, taxes, receivables, refunds, and banking/merchant interfaces) to resolve complex issues, strengthen controls, and ensure revenue and related expenses are recorded, and reported correctly.Typically, these skills are gained through a four year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant filed of study such as Business, Chartered Professional Accounting designation (CPA) and Eight years’ experience comprised of four years leadership and four years’ experience in accounting or finance management.
