In this full-time position based in Ottawa, Canada, you will be pivotal in supporting operational prototyping and capability piloting. Your responsibilities include establishing evaluation frameworks and translating user requirements into effective solutions. You will work closely with the Canadian Joint Warfare Center to enhance operational concepts while mentoring the Canadian Armed Forces Joint Targeting organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering and operational support for rapid prototyping
• Collaborate in capability piloting with military stakeholders




• Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics for projects
• Refine operational procedures enhancing C2/C4ISR capabilities
• Offer expert guidance and training to military organizations

Requirements:
• Active TS/SCI clearance preferred or Secret minimum
• Extensive understanding of joint doctrine and warfighting functions
• Ability to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholders
• Robust communication skills for technical translation
• Experience in software development practices
