As the Manager of Occupational Health and Safety Investigations, you will oversee a team dedicated to conducting detailed investigations into serious workplace incidents. Your leadership will ensure adherence to regulatory standards, effective service delivery, and the execution of departmental business plans. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and collaboration with external agencies to enhance workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations of the OHS Investigations team
• Develop departmental plans supporting strategic objectives




• Monitor activities to meet changing conditions
• Provide guidance on policies and operational matters
• Ensure investigations maintain integrity and timeliness

Requirements:
• University degree in criminology or related field
• Minimum five years in a leadership role
• Knowledge of investigative practices and legislation
• Experience with the Workers Compensation Act
• Ability to obtain Criminal Records Check clearance
