In this key role, you will leverage your 5+ years of SAP support and implementation experience to improve business processes and provide first-line support for SAP issues. Your solid understanding of systems integration, along with robust communication skills, will be essential in identifying problems and fostering continuous improvements across order to cash, procurement, inventory, and warehousing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage SAP incidents and troubleshoot level 1 issues
• Write and manage functional specifications for SAP




• Proactively identify and resolve problematic issues
• Collaborate with business users regarding new SAP challenges
• Provide training to new hires and update teams on changes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
• 5+ years of SAP support/implementation experience
• 2+ years of ABAP and debugging experience
• Familiarity with SD, MM, and IM
• ITIL certification is preferred
