We're searching for a strategic technology leader with strong SAP expertise who can see both the big picture and the details that matter. As the Senior Applications Lead, you'll exercise considerable independent judgement and action in all aspects of the work, discussing the more complex problems with a superior; perform analytical and administrative work providing technical leadership and day-to-day support for the organization's SAP Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management and Maintenance applications systems and related projects. In this role, you will provide technical oversight, work coordination and mentorship to skilled, technical and consulting resources; establish priorities; review deliverables; ensure alignment with architectural standards, change control processes and project objectives. You will plan, organize, lead and participate in SAP business process analysis, client process walkthroughs, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, upgrades and sustainment of SAP applications such as SAP S/4HANA procurement, materials management/inventory management, supplier relationship management and plant maintenance. This exciting role functions as the primary SAP applications lead and point of contact for procurement and operations business teams by planning,



prioritizing and aligning technology initiatives, application roadmaps and operational requirements across the supported application landscape, including integrations with SAP Finance, HCM and external fuel/fluid management systems. Furthermore, you will develop, lead investigation and review recommendations regarding work methods, standards, and controls governing the portfolio's operations, including change control, change management, testing and quality assurance practices; and implements approved changes. Performs related work as required.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in computer science, business, supply chain management, public administration or a related discipline, together with considerable related experience in SAP Supply Chain application delivery, project management, functional/technical leadership or, an equivalent combination of training and experience. To be successful in this position, the Senior Applications Lead will require thorough knowledge of: SAP S/4HANA Procurement, Materials Management/Inventory Management, Supplier Relationship Management and Plant Maintenance; SAP Finance and HCM integration points; external system integration; SAP application sustainment, modifications, release upgrades, testing,



quality assurance and lifecycle management; and project management and functional/technical leadership. Thorough knowledge of SAP business processes and solution functionality, systems analysis, change control and change management, and the ability to lead SAP implementation, configuration and quality assurance activities; align business requirements with SAP functionality; establish effective working relationships with internal and external contacts and provide ongoing advice and assistance on matters related to the work; and communicate technical information clearly to various levels of management. Project Management Professional certification, SAP Materials Management or Planning and Inventory Management certification are preferred.
