It concerns specific service industries (i.e. tourism, financial) and firms that primarily sell goods that include services (i.e. computers). Special attention is given to service quality in the profit and non-profit context.

The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.
These rates do not include vacation pay nor statutory pay.
These rates will be applied until a recent collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements Must have an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in the area of services marketing.
Must also demonstrate recent professional experience in the area of the course.
Must also have teaching experience, preferably in the area of the course.
