Drive impactful Indigenous community relations with Forbes Bros. as an Indigenous Community Engagement Liaison. Support engagement strategies and economic participation in line with project goals across Canada and the U.S.

This role involves creating and implementing engagement and consultation plans to establish and maintain effective relationships with Indigenous and First Nations communities. You will work closely with project teams, identifying community priorities and collaborating to form beneficial economic agreements. Excellent relationship-building skills are essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute Indigenous consultation and engagement strategies
• Develop long-term relationship-building plans




• Engage with communities to identify key issues and priorities
• Assist in economic partnership development with Indigenous groups

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Four years of experience in community or public relations
• Direct engagement experience with Indigenous communities
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and capacity to travel frequently
