This position is ideal for an individual with over three years of Accounts Payable experience, particularly in the manufacturing or distribution industries. You will work with a centralized finance function, processing high volumes of invoices and establishing strong working relationships. Your contributions will support operational efficiency across multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately route and code non-PO invoices
• Perform scheduled cheque and EFT payment runs
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements




• Keep vendors updated on outstanding invoices
• Conduct accurate three-way matching of documents

Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant Accounts Payable experience
• Familiarity with high-volume, multi-entity environments
• Excellent communication for building vendor relationships
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Must be in office in Mississauga 5 days a week
