COBS Bread is looking for Bakers to lead their freshness commitment. You will start each day with an empty bakery and transform it into a hub of delightful baked goods. No prior experience is required, just a positive attitude and the eagerness to learn about baking and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Bake fresh products each morning using detailed recipes
• Maintain cleanliness in the bakery for a positive experience
• Read production schedules and accurately measure ingredients
• Shape and process dough through the baking ovens
• Collaborate as part of a small, dedicated team

Requirements:
• Must be an early riser ready for bakery hours
• Valuable organizational skills and a great attitude
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Commitment to personal and team success
• Physically able to lift up to 22 kg and stand for long periods
