Apex is seeking an experienced Utility Line Locator to uphold high standards in accuracy and safety. This role requires a minimum of two years' experience and deep knowledge of line locating methodologies. You'll prepare detailed field reports, manage equipment, and mentor junior team members while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate line locating using industry-standard methods
• Mark buried facilities according to colour coding standards
• Prepare comprehensive field reports with sketches and notes




• Maintain locating equipment and company vehicles
• Mentor Junior Locators and provide on-the-job training

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Line Locating Technician
• Valid line locating training certificate
• Knowledge of CAD and GIS mapping
• Familiarity with Trimble GPS is an asset
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean Abstract
