Regional Account Manager, Architecture & Design (A&D;)

Compensation: CAD 125000 - CAD 140000 - yearly

We're recruiting for top talent in the A&D; space on behalf of a global leader with office across continents in premium surfacing materials. This is a relationship-driven role for a proactive sales professional who knows how to build trust with the A&D; community and grow revenue with designers, architects, builders, fabricators and industry partners across Toronto and the GTA.

Build and grow relationships with architecture and design firms, builders, developers, and kitchen and bath professionals across the GTA

Partner with senior sales leadership to shape market growth strategy and territory priorities

Conduct sales visits, lunch and learns, product presentations, and be the brand ambassadorat industry events

Two (2) to yive (5) years of B2B sales experienceideally in flooring or stone,kitchen and bath, surfacing, interior design, architecture and design, or building materials

Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and account management skills

A results-driven,



entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of growing accounts

Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, Salesforce a plus

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel across Toronto (75%) and GTA (25%).

Compensation: Competitive base plus uncapped commission ($125-$140,000), car allowance or company fleet, benefits, and RRSP match.
