Sofina Foods Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Agribusiness Performance to report to the Chief Agribusiness Officer. You'll support strategic goals by improving key data metrics, enhancing grower relationships, and overseeing the 5-year capacity plan. This role requires collaboration across multiple facilities, focusing on adopting data-driven decisions and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives across 13 processing plants and 4 hatcheries
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for tracking progress
• Enhance reporting tools for improved decision-making




• Identify cost-saving opportunities to maintain competitive edge
• Drive collaboration among operations, finance, and engineering

Requirements:
• BA/BS in Engineering, Finance, or related field
• Over 7 years in manufacturing, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods
• Proven business acumen and decision-making skills
• Advanced ERP system experience
• Proficient in Power BI analytics and spreadsheet modeling
