The City of Swift Current seeks a Manager for its Water & Wastewater Utility. You will oversee the distribution and collection systems, ensuring service reliability while managing direct reports. Key responsibilities include budget planning, compliance oversight, and driving continuous improvement in operations while supporting community-focused objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic and operational plans for the utility
• Oversee compliance and reliability of water and wastewater operations
• Lead staff development, performance, and succession planning




• Manage capital budget allocations and utility rate recommendations
• Maintain policies and standards for utility operations

Requirements:
• Level 4 Water Distribution and Level 3 Wastewater Certification
• Minimum five years in water utility operations, three years in management
