Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to deliver exceptional service while driving sales growth. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help foster solid customer relationships, promote our products and services, and contribute to the overall success of our retail operations. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills, expand your business development expertise, and make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.

Retail Duties

Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation

Promote and demonstrate products or services, highlighting features that match customer interests

Provide technical product insights and benefits during customer interactions





Deliver excellent customer service by addressing potential needs and promptly recommending solutions.

Canvasing Duties

Engage homeowners directly at their residences to introduce Lifestyle Home Products and True NorthBath Remodel.

Pre-qualify homeowner interest in our products and services.

Schedule qualified in-home consultation appointments for our sales team.

Accurately log homeowner information and appointment details using our mobile CRM app.

Represent our brands professionally and ethically in all field activities.

Key Deliverables: 6-12 qualified leads/appointments per week (12-25 hours/week, flexible, evenings/week weekends).

Requirements

Proven experience in face to face sales with a focus on conversational pitching

Ability to influence and persuade effectively with strong closing skills

Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies for driving sales growth

Excellent communication skills in English (French an asset)

Ability to work independently in outside sales environments while maintaining team collaboration

Possession of a valid Provincial Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle





Flexible availability required from Monday to Friday between 8:30AM to 8:30PM

Weekend availability required on Saturday and/or Sunday 8:30AM to 7:15PM

Willingness to commute to various retail locations

A passion for engaging with potential customers and scheduling in-person consultations

Openness to follow our proven sales methodology and achieve daily/weekly targets

Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time

Comfortable using mobile CRM applications and GPS tools.

Prior canvassing or sales experience is preferred but not required – we provide comprehensive training!

Compensation and Schedule
Salary starts at $20.50 per hour, plus bonus pay.

Shifts are 5 to 6 hours long

Workdays: Monday to Friday & Weekends

Canvassing Earning Potential: High-performing representatives can average $750 - $1,000+ per week, combiningbase pay and demo bonuses.
