This 12-month assignment requires a Track Administrator who is detail-oriented and skilled in managing data processing activities. You will handle vendor relations and ensure compliance with labor cost reporting while integrating vendors into the TRACK system. Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure cost accuracy and compliance within time entry processes
• Act as the primary contact for time entry-related inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements
• Provide ongoing training to both team members and vendors
• Maintain solid relationships with vendor timekeepers for precise reporting
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education plus 7+ years related experience
• Expertise in SharePoint and advanced computer skills
• Familiarity with TRACK Contractor Management System
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks
