Join the Children and Family Services ministry to provide executive leadership for Child Intervention Delivery. You will oversee services for children and youth at risk while fostering team-oriented relationships with government, Indigenous leaders, and community partners. Your role will focus on improving service coordination and enhancing outcomes for abused or neglected children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive oversight for Child Intervention Delivery.
• Collaborate with Indigenous and community partners.
• Enhance service delivery across four regions.
• Manage budget and lead diverse teams effectively.
• Develop leadership capacity and support recruitment.
Requirements:
• Experience leading complex organizations.
• Proven track record in managing significant budgets.
• Strong commitment to public service.
• Degree in Social Work or related discipline preferred.
• Background in Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act services is an asset.
