This role requires leading the CA West Power Delivery project portfolio, where you will collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to apply project controls practices consistently. You will guide project teams on cost control, forecasting, and reporting, aligning with company processes. Your leadership will support key project performance metrics, ensuring effective operations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project controls for the CA West Power Delivery portfolio
• Mentor teams on project controls and best practices




• Oversee budget monitoring and forecasting activities
• Facilitate change management and coordinate change orders
• Develop project controls documentation and onboarding materials

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• 10+ years in project controls or similar roles
• Proficiency in Oracle and Primavera P6 software
• Experience with BC Hydro or utility projects preferred
• Robust communication and analytical skills
