Join ABB as a Business Analyst and leverage data analytics to enhance sustainability initiatives. This hybrid/remote role emphasizes coordinating ESG efforts and improving reporting systems.

In this pivotal position reporting to the Global Automation Analytics Service Owner, you will connect technical and business realms. Your focus will be on business analysis, and you will translate data and reporting requirements to support Information Systems (IS). By analyzing processes, you will identify areas for improvement, enhancing reporting quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical expertise for IS solutions and requirements
• Coordinate ESG reporting across multiple divisions and teams
• Analyze ESG processes to define functional requirements




• Identify process issues and opportunities for improvement
• Act as Product Owner for sustainability reporting efforts

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3–5 years in business analysis or related roles
• Familiarity with ESG reporting and data analytics tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience with Agile practices and backlog management
