Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive electronic needs assessments for patients

Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Five years of facility-based nursing experience
• Two years of community nursing experience
• Robust communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and prioritize effectively
