Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver in-home education and support to families • Assist in managing challenging behaviour and care strategies • Collaborate effectively with community health agencies • Maintain accurate data collection for program improvements • Conduct travel within designated areas
Requirements: • Education in health or social sciences • At least 2 years’ experience in dementia care • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle • Bilingual (English/French) is mandatory • CPR and First Aid Certification required
