As an Executive Host, you will support the Executive Director, Player Development, in cultivating significant guest relationships through effective acquisition, development, and retention strategies. This leadership role requires a focus on creating player development programs and collaborating closely with various departments to enhance service continuity and satisfaction for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with VIP players for personalized service
• Implement and monitor player development initiatives
• Collaborate on marketing programs with stakeholders




• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Utilize monthly player reports to track guest activity
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in marketing or sales management
• High School diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
• Strong communication and guest relation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Multilingual abilities considered a plus
