and coordination of meetings involving multiple stakeholdersAssist with office operations and administrative coordination across departmentsSupport internal projects, reporting, presentations, and company communicationsCoordinate visitor logistics and assist with facility-related planningPrepare professional documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentationsAssist with newsletters, project coordination, and ad hoc operational initiativesProvide collaborative team support, including occasional reception backup when requiredMaintain organized documentation, records, and office processesRequirements3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Office Coordinator, or similar roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProfessional, energetic, and team-oriented mindsetComfortable working fully on-site in HamiltonFlexible and willing to support evolving business needs and deadlinesExperience with project coordination or operations support considered an assetAccounting or bookkeeping exposure considered an assetExperience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or technical environments considered an asset#J-18808-Ljbffr
