Concrete ForemanMaple Reinders is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews and oversee day‑to‑day concrete operations for projects in Bradford, Wasaga Beach and surrounding areas.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead concrete crews in daily field operationsPlan and coordinate formwork, concrete placement, and work sequencingRead and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawingsEnsure work is completed safely, accurately, and to quality standardsEnforce company safety policies and participate in daily safety meetingsMonitor productivity, labour usage, and workmanshipCoordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other tradesComplete accurate timesheets and ensure proper cost codingOversee proper use of tools, equipment, and materialsQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of concrete construction experiencePrevious Lead Hand or Foreman experience preferredStrong knowledge of concrete forming, placement, and finishingAbility to perform layout, verify elevations,
