Global Automation Analytics Service Owner

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the prospect to lead/manage/supervise a function/organization/department/team in the development, and/or implementation and/or execution in their own area of responsibility. Each day, you will be accountable for the delivery of solutions, and enhancements, creating technology roadmaps that align organizational plans with emerging technology solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring efficient service capabilities.

The work model for the role is: #Li-hybrid/remote

This role is contributing to the Automation Business (AU), Data & Analytics Services in Global/ Europe.

Main stakeholders are business representatives from AU divisions (AUMP, AUMA, AUPI, AUEN, AUMC), Data & Analytics product owners, service owners, and delivery partners.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering,



or a related field.

5+ years of experience leading analytics, data, IT services, or business intelligence teams in a global environment.

Proven experience managing business stakeholders, prioritizing demand, and translating business requirements into sustainable data and analytics solutions.

Strong understanding of analytics platforms, data management, reporting solutions, and service operations.

Demonstrated people leadership experience, including employee development, coaching, performance management, and organizational planning.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology functions.

You are at ease communicating in English, both written and spoken.
