Overview:
The Business Decision Support Professional Level 1 facilitates complex decision-making in support of the design and implementation of business change or improvement initiatives.
What you will be doing:
Analytics, Data & Insights: Analyze complex, high-volume datasets; develop data models and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and other analytics tools; and synthesize information into clear insights and compelling visual stories for senior leaders and stakeholders.
Business & Technical Translation: Gather and translate business needs into clear data, reporting, and analytics requirements, working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to deliver practical solutions.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Analyze reporting and business processes, identify gaps and root causes, and recommend improvements that strengthen reporting outcomes and business processes.
Reporting Coordination & Delivery:
Facilitate reporting packages and reporting cycles, coordinating inputs, analysis, QA/QC, and stakeholder reviews to ensure accurate and timely delivery of NCTL internal and external commitments.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build effective relationships with project teams, business SMEs, Technology teams, and other stakeholders to understand priorities, gather requirements, resolve issues, and drive outcomes.
Problem Solving & Adaptability: Apply sound judgment to complex and ambiguous problems, proactively address challenges, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
What you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline
Advanced English skills for professional workplace, written and spoken
Salary/Rate Range : $41.00 – $60.00 per hour
Term: 12-month contract; most likely to extend
