This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership in implementing health, safety, and environmental policies. You will collaborate with managers and employees to identify and mitigate risks, coach protected work practices, and provide necessary training. As part of a longstanding organization, you will play a vital role in enhancing safety culture and compliance at Windsor Salt.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve site-specific health and safety programs
• Provide guidance on H&S; and environmental issues
• Conduct inspections, audits,



and self-assessments
• Track safety metrics and report to management
• Coordinate investigation of H&S; and environmental incidents

Requirements:
• Experience with compliance and regulatory agencies
• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety preferred
• Knowledge of industrial hygiene assessments
• Ability to influence and work in cross-functional teams
• Willingness to adapt to non-business working hours
