In this pivotal position, you will be an integral member of a cooperative care team, committed to enhancing the lives of our senior residents. You will assess individual needs and effectively communicate with nursing staff about any observed changes in residents' conditions. Your passion for quality care will make a difference every day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Observe and report any unusual signs to nursing staff
• Engage in care planning for individual residents
• Document care and observations in the POC system
• Ensure a healthy and safe environment for all residents
Requirements:
• Alberta approved Health Care Aide program graduate
• Registration with the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to dignified and respectful care
