As a Tenant Support Worker, you will assist residents by tailoring support plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring their basic needs are met. Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in tenant intakes and support services
• Develop individualized service plans for tenants
• Maintain strategic oversight on finances and medication

Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Service
• Two years related experience or equivalent
• Criminal Record Clearance - Vulnerable Sector
• OFA 1 First Aid Certificate
• Minimum two years sobriety if applicable
