Enhance patient experiences as a Tech Aide with Insight Medical Imaging. Join our full time team to support Ultrasound and patient flow in Edmonton and Fort McMurray clinics.

We are looking for dedicated Tech Aides to support our clinics in Castledowns, Hermitage, Heritage, and on a Float basis. Candidates should be self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities within a high-stress environment. This role includes extensive cleaning responsibilities and patient assistance to ensure smooth operations and exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Chaperone male Technologists for pelvic exams
• Maintain cleanliness in waiting and patient rooms
• Assist with patient flow by changing and portering
• Deliver printed pictures to obstetrical patients
• Restock and verify clinic supplies

Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
• Reliable vehicle for transportation preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
