Norsat International Inc., a leader in innovative communication solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for their Richmond office. The ideal candidate has a background in Electrical Engineering and nearly three years of experience with RF/high-frequency testing. You will work closely with Engineering and Production teams to enhance manufacturing efforts through technical troubleshooting and streamlined processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support introduction of new product designs in manufacturing
• Evaluate production procedures for enhanced efficiency
• Conduct first article inspections on new components




• Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and assist in design updates
• Collaborate with Production Technicians to resolve issues

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Approximately 3 years of RF/high-frequency testing experience
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems like MRP and ECO workflows
• Exposure to ISO 9001 standards and Lean Manufacturing principles
• Ability to work on-site in Richmond, BC
