Responsibilities Prepare dishes to our recipe and presentation standards
Operate tandoor, curry, and grill stations
Maintain a clean, organised, and secure kitchen
Collaborate with the head chef on daily prep and specials
Requirements Experience with South Asian cuisine preferred
Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Strong attention to detail and consistency
