Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assessments for stroke patients in outpatient settings
• Collaborate on tailored care plans with interdisciplinary teams
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families




• Lead patient groups focused on rehabilitation techniques
• Contribute to quality management and program evaluations

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent
• Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• 2 years of clinical neuro rehabilitation experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (upon employment)
