Job Description Summary
As a Hospitality Associate you will be representing McMaster University Hospitality Services. Must have cash experience.
Required to operate a POS terminal, make change for customers, balance cash till, provide customer service, and follow all McMaster's cash handling procedures.
Must be able to work in a very busy environment keeping up with customer demands with a focus on front line customer service.
Required to work at all stations and performs all duties to help ensure prompt courteous customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of shelves, work areas, floors, walls, counters and all equipment.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must work efficiently and accurately.
Understands and delivers good customer service.
Must be able to work well as a team member and independently.
Refer to cashier job description.
May be required to take cashier's test.
Education & Experience
Must have good communication, reading, writing and English skills.
Minimum 2 years experience in fast paced cashier position.
