The Staff Scheduling Clerk works collaboratively with Program Managers, Staffing Leads, Staff and the Manager, Staff Scheduling & Recruitment. The Staff Scheduling clerk will ensure adherence to established staff scheduling practices and processes, escalating concerns as needed.Skills And QualificationsPost‑secondary diploma in Business Administration, Medical or Office AdministrationMinimum of 1 year of recent clerical experienceMinimum six months’ experience in staffing and/or scheduling in a dynamic environment of persons or eventsEquivalent education and experience may be consideredStaff scheduling within a unionized health care workplace, preferredPosition ResponsibilitiesMonitors vacancies to ensure staff complement baselines have been met. Liaises with manager for areas of concernProvides automated shift calling out support and shares process/practice information with new and existing employees within the departmentCompletes work in accordance with Collective Agreements,
