About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands‑on, proactive System Administrator to own and scale our internal IT infrastructure and SaaS ecosystem. In this role, you will be the backbone of our day‑to‑day technology operations, ensuring that our servers, networks, and enterprise applications run reliably, securely, and at peak performance. Beyond keeping the lights on, you will drive meaningful improvements: streamline onboarding and off‑boarding, automate repetitive tasks, manage vendor relationships, and partner with engineering to deliver the right tooling for a fast‑growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, communicates clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and takes pride in continuously improving systems and processes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end‑to‑end IT onboarding and off‑boarding lifecycle, provisioning accounts, devices, and access on Day 1, and executing secure, timely off‑boarding with full access revocation and asset recoveryBuild and maintain repeatable workflows, runbooks, and checklists for user lifecycle management to ensure consistency, speed, and zero gapsManage and configure internal SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, BambooHR, Atlassian (Jira), Salesforce, and FreshworksAdminister identity and access management across all systems, enforcing role‑based access controls, SSO, and MFAInstall, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and operating systems across Windows, Linux, and macOS environmentsSet up and manage data backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutionsLead vendor management and software license administration, including contract negotiations, renewal cycles, cost optimization, and vendor performance reviewsEvaluate new tools, assess product requirements, and lead procurement decisions in partnership with Finance and department stakeholdersProvide front‑line IT support including daily operations, deskside support,



hardware/software troubleshooting, and service provisioningCollaborate closely with engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver fit‑for‑purpose infrastructure and tooling solutionsDeploy, monitor, and maintain internal infrastructure used across the organization; proactively identify and act on opportunities for improvementDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across the organization with urgency and clear communicationAdminister enterprise network environments, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNsDevelop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to eliminate manual work and improve operational efficiencyApply cybersecurity best practices, including patch management, endpoint protection, and regular access auditsAbout You2–3 years of relevant hands‑on IT administration experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fieldProven experience owning and improving employee onboarding and off‑boarding workflows at scaleDemonstrated ability to manage vendors and software contracts, including negotiating renewals, pricing, and SLAs with confidenceStrong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, OSI model, DNS, DHCP, and common protocolsHands‑on experience setting up and managing systems from scratch, including Windows, Linux, and macOS environmentsWorking knowledge of identity and access management, including Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, SSO, and MFAKnowledge of cybersecurity best practices, patch management,
