In this permanent position with Clinical Crisis Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored support and implementing programs designed by specialists. Your focus will be on coaching clients and assisting them in skill development, along with responsibilities that include personal care and data management to ensure effective services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized coaching to clients
• Implement specialist-designed support programs
• Update and maintain client profiles and data sheets




• Engage in team meetings for program development
• Foster a respectful and safe environment at work

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education completion in a relevant field
• Certification in Disability Support or similar discipline
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Readiness to travel and stay overnight for fieldwork
