Job Description: At Assured Automotive, we have been providing quality workmanship on every collision repair for over 30 years. As part of The Boyd Group, we have numerous locations throughout Western and Central Canada. We provide the knowledge and equipment you need to excel on our team. Key Job Responsibilities Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
Work with vendors to order and receive all parts, in a timely manner
Enter all parts invoices into our Information System
Label, track and organize all parts accordingly
Communicate all Parts Price Changes to all required team members.
Manage all part returns and ensure credits are received
Ensure invoices and credit memos are posted and filed/scanned, in a timely manner




Maintain a clean and organized parts area
Actively apply current knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.
Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job High School Diploma
1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus)
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Experience with Car-part, Progi, APU, or similar parts systems
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Working knowledge of vehicle repairs practices
Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of Google platform
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent organizational skills
Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc.
Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools
Lift in excess of 50 lbs. of materials
Valid driver's license required

Compensation Details: Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 per year Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
