Key Responsibilities:
• Train and mentor kiosk agents on service standards
• Coordinate with management on daily kiosk operations
• Address staffing emergencies and assist in shift coverage




• Manage inventory and order supplies efficiently
• Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly

Requirements:
• College degree or relevant experience in a related field
• Minimum one year in a leadership role
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and technology
