Your role also involves conducting training and ensuring compliance with Positive Manufacturing Practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate shift changeovers for optimal efficiency
• Report machinery and resource deficiencies quickly




• Support continuous improvement projects and initiatives
• Perform operator duties when needed
• Ensure materials and components are readily available

Requirements:
• High school diploma with a college certification preferred
• At least 1 year in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Previous leadership experience is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work all shifts as required
